The FN50 Customer Service Awards have recognised THREE Ogilvie team members for their incredible contribution to the business and its industry-leading customer service in 2025

This is the first time Ogilvie staff have been nominated in the awards, making Eloise’s commendation an incredible achievement. Eloise was highlighted for her work in the salary sacrifice team, managing driver support across renewals, insurance, and mileage capture, while also taking responsibility for critical payroll handling with accuracy and composure.

Eloise consistently delivers outstanding customer service. She’s incredibly helpful, always responds promptly to queries, and ensures that every issue is resolved with professionalism and care. Her reliability and friendly approach make a real difference — she’s a pleasure to work with and a true asset to the team.
Robbie’s line manager commented on his willingness to help his team:
He is always the first person to say what can I help with, which is a great asset to have in a team when there is so much going on. I am very proud to say that he is part of the customer service team and have watched him grow in confidence and thrive in such a busy environment. We will continue to nurture his passion and enthusiasm for the role and cannot wait to see him progress further within the team.
Rebecca’s team leader highlighted her professionalism:

The way she manages large, complex LCV orders while ensuring customers feel fully supported is a shining example of outstanding customer service. She sets a standard that others aspire to and deserves this recognition for her exceptional commitment.
The FN50 Customer Service Awards are a recognition of the very best service in the fleet industry, with the winners announced at the FN50 Annual Dinner in London.
Also announced on the night is latest results of the FN50, a league table of the UK’s leading leasing companies. Ogilvie Fleet has retained its position as the leading independent leasing company, by moving up one spot into a record 13th place.
